WHEN WILL THE HOME LOCATIONS BE RELEASED?
The first public release of the 2016 Parade Homes happens on this web site after June 15, 2016
WHY ARE THE HOME LOCATIONS ANNOUNCED AT THIS TIME?
Builders spend months getting homes ready for Parade visitors. Home locations are released just a few days prior to the opening of the event so that builders can continue to work on the homes without early visitors ... which helps ensure the safety of our visitors. Keep in mind that some homes are pre-sold custom homes and may not be for sale, but are on display just on event dates. It's even possible that a home could be owner-occupied during the event, and protecting the homeowner's privacy is important to us.
HOW CAN I FIND A TOUR BOOK FOR THE HOMES?
There are several ways ... first, after June 15 the same information about each home that is in the Tour Book can be found on this site by clicking each home. After June 17, Tour Books can be picked up at all area CEFCU Member Center locations. The books will also be included in the Saturday, June 18 home delivery of the Peoria Journal Star. And finally, you can always use the directions on this site for the home closest to you ... and then when you arrive at the home, you can pick up your free copy of the Tour Book.
WHAT ARE PARADE DATES AND TIMES?
Saturday, June 18
Sunday, June 19
Saturday, June 25
Sunday June 26
Homes are open 1-5 pm all four days, and admission is FREE!
ARE THE HOMES ALL FURNISHED AND DECORATED?
Actually, this is an event that focuses on new home construction and new home sales, so you will find homes in all stages of construction. Some are completely finished and even are staged with furnishings, while others are in various stages of construction. Please keep in mind that this is not a decorated home tour ... but you will see many beautiful homes!
HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF A PARADE HOME IS FOR SALE?
Just contact the builder listed on the home entry, and they will be happy to help! Prices are listed on some of the homes that are for sale, but may not be listed on others that are available. And in some cases, if the home is already sold, you most likely won't find a price listed to help protect the privacy of the buyer.
