The Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria has announced its 2024 Official Spring Home Show will be held February 23-25 at the Peoria Civic Center. This event is the largest consumer home show in Central Illinois, typically featuring over 250 companies and various entertainment and educational sessions.

BOOTH PRICING

Choose the "Member" or "Non-Member" green button as it applies to your membership with the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria. Members in good standing receive a $100 per 10x10 booth discount when reserving through the Member button. If you are not a current member in Peoria, use the Non-Member button for that pricing. No additional code is needed.

BOOTH SELECTION

Select your preferred booth space, and the booth sales program will take you through the checkout process. There are options in the checkout screens to provide information on your company, place your company in exhibitor categories, upload your company logo, and more.

Booths that are already reserved by deposit are shaded red. Booths with a red "X" are on hold for previous exhibitors who have reserved 4+ booth spaces in previous shows. Those booths may become available around January 1 if not yet reserved.

MOVE-IN DATES

The on-line floor plan is color-coded according to move-in time. The color key at the bottom of the floor plan tells you what day and time block will be open for drive-in access to all booth locations. Please choose your location according to the amount of time that you need, as well as whether or not you need drive-in access for set up. If you can walk or cart your booth in, you will set up on Friday regardless of location.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

110v electrical service is optional at a cost of $50 through the booth reservation system. If you wait to reserve on-site in February, the Civic Center charges a floor rate of $80 for that same service.

Wi-Fi service is available on the show floor and can be ordered in advance in the checkout process for a cost of $25 per device. This gives you one code for one device that can be used all weekend of the show. You can order more than one code at this price for multiple personnel.

No tables, chairs or carpet are included with your booth set up. These items can be brought in by exhibitors, or rented from Peoria Expo at the exhibitor's expense. Order forms for those services will be available on our web site in January.

OTHER DETAILS

First priority for booth reservation is given to companies in the home building and home improvement industries. No booths are allowed with skin care products and services.

Booths with a red "X" are on hold at this time for a large-space exhibitor. These booths may become available at a later time, but are not available if currently marked reserved.

Full Terms and Conditions of being an exhibitor in the Official Spring Home Show will be presented on your screen. You must click the box to agree to the terms to exhibit.

BOOTH DEPOSIT REQUIRED

After completing the checkout screens, a 50% non-refundable booth deposit is required to hold booth space. You can pay this deposit when you reserve the booth by using the credit card processing feature. If you are mailing a check, that check must be received by the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria within 5 business days or your booth will be released. No booths can be held without this 50% non-refundable deposit.

Some exhibitors choose to pay in full at the time of booking. That is an option in the checkout screen. For those who make the 50% non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance due on the booth must be paid by by January 15, 2024 to continue holding your space.

Your booth rate will be confirmed by Show Management regarding the Member and Non-Member pricing. Exhibitors who select the Member pricing in error will have an adjustment made to the correct pricing.

FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT RESERVE ON-LINE

Download the contract and return it by mail with your 50% non-refundable deposit. Booths are assigned in the order received. Walk-in booth selection is not available.
